Monthly Closer Decision Room with Lance
A live Closer session for submitted questions and anonymised cases. Attendance is optional. You are never expected to expose a private matter to the group or advise another member.
Private Founder Review
After each six active paid months, one prepared 60-minute private Founder Review becomes available for one consequential decision that has already been through the Decision Desk. Relevant material is supplied beforehand so the hour can be used to examine the decision rather than discover the issue.
Why the founder time is limited
The private time starts after the decision has been prepared.
The Founder Review is not where the basic facts are discovered. It is used when the decision has already been organised and a focused private examination is genuinely useful. This protects both the quality of the conversation and the availability of the service.
